Jisha Abraham Mani, Huntley, IL

Jisha Abraham Mani, 37 , wife of Bijo C Mani passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 3rd.

She leaves behind her devoted husband Bijo and three children  Jacob, Joshua and Isaiah, as well as her loving parents, Abraham and Annamma Erukattumalil, and younger brother, Jino Abraham.

There will be a memorial mass for Jisha on Monday, January 4th at 7:00 PM at the Cathedral.

Joseph Mannancheril, 72 , Chicago , IL

Dear Parishioners,

We regret to inform you of the demise of Joseph Mannancheril, 72, one of the founding members of our Parish. He passed away Wednesday morning, December 30th, at his residence in Chicago.

He is survived by his wife, Libbyamma, daughter, Suanne, son-in-law, Shibin, and four grandchildren.

A seminar on Funeral planning was conducted after the inauguration Ceremony at the Parish Hall. The topic of the seminar was Simple Steps to Advanced Funeral Planning which was presented by Mr. Darren Malone who is the President of Fidelis Funeral Consultants.

Youth Prayer Night

Prayer was the focus of our youth gathering this past Sunday night, utilizing in part the resources from the Way to Live website and the excellent curriculum "People of Prayer - An Evening of Creative Prayer for Young People" provided by Grahame at the Insight youth ministry blog.
